We loved this hotel's location, just a short walk from the nearest metro station. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area, making it convenient for us to find everything we needed. The hotel itself is clean and modern with great facilities. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The bed was comfortable and the location was convenient as there were plenty of restaurants and a convenience store nearby. the bus station was right outside the hotel.
There was no kettle in the room which made it inconvenient for tea and coffee drinkers. there was no drinking water or hot water machine on the floor which made it difficult to refill bottles or have a hot drink.

The receptionist and housekeeper were helpful. Good WiFi. Clean and modern room. Convenient location near MRT, restaurants, and stores.

The staff at Slow Town Hotel-Reel were helpful and accommodating. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in and even gave us an upgraded room. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a modern design. The location was convenient, close to public transportation and within walking distance to various attractions. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable and fast. I had a pleasant stay at Slow Town Hotel-Reel and would recommend it.

The bed was very comfortable and the room had a nice cozy atmosphere. the location was also very convenient, with a 7-11 and a restaurant located just downstairs. It was easy to walk to the nearby metro station too.
There were a few drawbacks to this hotel. there was no breakfast provided and no kettle in the room for making hot drinks.

My recent stay at this hotel was a comfortable one. the location is ideal, allowing me to easily explore nearby restaurants and cafes. I also appreciated the excellent security features of the hotel. the room was compact but had all the essential facilities. the bathroom had good ventilation and was always clean.
I found it a bit inconvenient to have to call and wait for the staff to come and pick me up from the ground floor to access the front desk on another level.
